Soft Roof Cleaning – Non-Pressure Roof Cleaning Process

Are you tired of those unsightly stains on your roof? Did the Home Owners Association send you a violation letter to get your roof cleaned. At Code 3 Pressure Wash & Roof Cleaning, we do not use any heavy machines or hard water pressure that can be potentially damaging to your roof tiles or shingles.  Our process involves lightly coating your roof tiles with a diluted bleach and water solution and is applied by our low pressure pumping system.  The amount of pressure used to spray is less then your garden hose.  We dilute the bleach just enough that when applied to roof tile, the black algae, mold and mildew dissolves right on contact thus returning your roof tile back to its natural color, all without having to apply one once of hard water pressure or drag heavy machines on the fragile roof tiles.  When applied the residue run offs without leaving a mess on your walls and windows of the house. Our roof cleaning process takes a fraction of the time and last up to 3 to 4 times longer then standard roof cleaning with just water and pressure.  We offer our roof cleaning services to all Broward County cities to include, Weston, Sunrise, Davie, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Coral Springs, Fort Lauderdale.  Check out some of our before and after pictures of roofs that we have cleaned in the our work section of this site, and you can check out our customer reviews.  Call us at 954-325-9016 and we will be then happy to explain everything to you.

Why Should I Have my Roof Professionally Cleaned?

You should have your roof cleaned by a professional because it is cost effective, we do the dirty work for you and unless you are used to climbing and walking on roof tiles, you should always hire someone with the proper training and experience. At Code 3 Pressure Wash & Roof Cleaning, we have cleaned 1000s of roof over the years.   We have mastered the skill of roof cleaning by our trained professionals to minimize potentially risk of breaking roof tiles and damage to the roof.  In addition, a clean roof adds property value and beauty to the over all look to the house. Did you know that the black streaks growing on your roof is actually called “Black Algae?” During the summer months in Florida when the temperatures reach 100 degrees the black algae absorbs all the heat from the sun making your roof tile untouchable.  After we clean the roof and remove the black algae, the roof temperature drops dramatically thus cooling down the overall temperature of your attic, which leads to lower energy bills.

Can the roof cleaning solution being used damage my plants ?

Like any chemical, it can be potentially damaging to plants and grass, At Code 3 Pressure Wash & Roof Cleaning, we make all attempts to ensure that all your landscaping is protected, however you may experience some browning of the grass where the solution runs off, some leaves on certain plants may turn brown.  After a few lawn cuts the grass regenerates, and the leaves will grow back.  We can assure you that your landscaping will not be destroyed contrary to what some other companies may tell you.  In addition, the roof cleaning solution will not damage your roof tiles, shingles, and or the tar paper underneath.  As a matter of fact, if you consult with roof tile/shingle manufacturers, NOT ROOFING COMPANIES, they will also tell you that chemically cleaning the roof tiles is the preferred method of cleaning the roof.

We take every foreseeable precaution to insure that your landscaping and personnel property are protected and remain in the same condition.
